The menu changes every 2 months or so to follow the seasonality of the products and never tire the guests.

From November to February inclusive, the restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 13:00 for lunch and from 19:00 to 20:30 for dinner.
From March to October inclusive, the restaurant is open everyday (except Sunday for lunch and dinner and Monday for lunch) from 12:00 to 13:00 for lunch and from 19:00 to 20:30 for dinner,
